Taoism-Lao Tzu
Taoism is ancient tradition of philosophy and religious belief that is deeply rooted in Chinese customs and worldview. Taoist ideas have become popular throughout the world through Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, and various martial arts.
The Tao (the three gods in Taoism) is constantly changing, just like nature, and the goal of Taoists is to live their lives in tune with the Tao. In order to achieve this, followers need to avoid worldly distractions, and live spontaneously. Taoists believe that problems in life such as disease and other forms of suffering, are the result of not living in tune with the Tao.
